Be aware that if your email is through ATT (especially Bellsouth) through Yahoo AND you are using OUTLOOK.  The webmail side of your account may be blocking messages as SPAM and never making it to you in OUTLOOK.

Steps (either or)

1.  Occassionally log into your ATT/Bellsouth/etc webmail portal and check the SPAM folder.  You may be surprized at what is in there.

2.  Turn off spam filtering on the ATT/Bellsouth/etc webmail and let OUTLOOK do the filtering.  If you do this, it will not be without some pain as you will start getting alot of junk mial in outlook. But as you flag them as junk, the issue will subside
