Joe and I were pretty close in school, and at the last class get-together he was pretty sick, so this isn't a surprise, but it still hurts!

I have fond memories of Joe. He was like a big brother watching out for me. Unfortunately I have not seen any of our classmates in decades. I did go to the 25th reunion.. but alas life happens. I will not forget some of our shenanigans, after all it was my house that night Joe jumped over our white fence with the frog gigger in his grasp, with disastrous consequences. Fortunately my brother and his friend (a Dallas paramedic) were there. They unscrewed the handle off of the gig and then we transported him to Platners clinc on belt line road. After going to GP firestation and getting bolt cutters they finally remove the gig prongs by pushing them through. Poor Joe it wasn't funny at the time but we did laugh afterwards. I will miss him knowing he is gone... but remember his humor always.
