Rebecca Sue "Susie" Hodge, 63, loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister, died peacefully at her home in Grand Prairie on Sunday, May 29, 2016.

Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Guerrero-Dean Funeral Home. Funeral: 10 a.m. Thursday at Eighth Street Baptist Church. Burial: Grand Prairie Memorial Gardens.

Susie was born on December 26, 1952 in Denton, the 3rd of 5 children born to the late Eddie Johnson Jr. and the late Mary Lawson Johnson. 

Survivors; husband, Cecil Hodge III; children, Randal Hafdahl and his spouse Rebecca, Colleen Hafdahl, Wendy Mitchell and her spouse Shane; grandchildren, Danny Shepherd and his spouse Laura, Sarah Shepherd, Joshua Hafdahl, Michell Hafdahl, Erin Shepherd, Katy Hayward, Matthew Hafdahl, Alexzander Mitchell; great-grandchildren, Noah, Levi, Adellia, Analia, Adrian; siblings, Elizabeth Johnson, Jeanie Richardson and her spouse Stanley, Ben Johnson and his spouse Caroline.

She was preceded in death by a sister, Wanda Johnson
